I thought this was a great opportunity to learn more about what the company has been doing since we last spoke. Jocelyn has a keen interest in the on-demand space and improving the customer experience across all touchpoints in insurance. With her expertise in cyber insurance, she understands the pain points that, specifically, SMBs face when it comes to IT infrastructure and how insurance can help fold in a layer of security that’s needed at the onset of a small business strategy.
